WARSAW − Ryan Conkle isn’t creating mere trophies with his new taxidermy shop. He’s providing links to cherished memories.
Ryan displays numerous taxidermy mounts, including deer heads and other animals, in his home. Some of his fondest recollections are hunting on a portion of his grandparents’ farm on County Road 23. His grandfather, Denny Conkle, called it the lower 40 acres.
